Conditions of cancellation 
All cancellations must be sent to the School by post or by email. For cancellations received at least 15 days before the beginning of the course, half the deposit will be. For cancellations received less than 15 days before the beginning of the course, no refund will be made. Deposits are not transferable from person to person.

Group courses
The lessons last 45 minutes. 
The first day of classes all students take a test that allows the teachers to separte the students into various classes of similar students.
If, a group is formed with fewer than 3 students, the price remains the same as for a group course and there will be a reduction in the lessons 
of 60 minutes. In this way we can guarantee to the students a quality course, instead of placing them in another group at too 
high or too low a level. Management at E.STI.VE reserves the right to alter the times of any course. Lessons not attended by the student cannot be recovered later.

Private lessons
The lessons last 50 minutes.
Your private lessons which include the course "ViaVai" will take place normally in the afternoon after the group lessons. Provided that there are rooms and teachers available in the morning, in the period you have chosen, we could also offer private lessons at that time. Concerning this possibility you will be informed on the first day of your private lessons. Once you have enrolled for taking private lessons these are guaranteed in the afternoon.
Private lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment. If the cancellation has not been made in time the lessons must be paid for in full.

Accommodations
The payment for the accommodations has to be made at the school's secretariat within the first day of the course. The accommodation is reserved for the students from the day before the beginning of the course until the day after the end of the course. In order to facilitate the students’ arrival and departure, additional days in accommodation can be allowed. After the booking of the accommodation has been made, no reductions will be made in case of a late arrival or an early departure.

Payment
All fees must be paid in full by the first day of  school. If payment in full has not been received within the first day, the student will not be allowed to start the course.
In the event of curtailment of a course already begun, there will be no refund either for the course or for reserved accommodation.
Lessons not attended by the student cannot be recovered later.

National holidays
There will be no lessons on the following Italian public holidays: 6th January, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November and 8th December. We offer a partial reimbursement of Euro 40 only for student booking a 1 week course.

When a student enrols in the school the student is agreeing to respect the aforementioned rules and regulations. Any disputes or disagreements will be settled in Treviso’s Tribunal Court.
